They all love and need - EXERCISE!!
Most dogs take to racing like a duck to water. What better way to get the family out together in the fresh air and watch your best friend having the time of their life.
Ours start howling when they see the lure, they can't wait to have a run - they love racing that much!
Best of all they sleep like babies when we get home.
Will my dog enjoy it or even be suitable?
There is no way of knowing beforehand if a dog will take to Lure Racing or not. We run what we call 'trials' for first timers. This is to give the dog a chance to work out what to do and to help teach them how join in the fun. Most dogs take to it pretty quickly and then never look back! Some take a little more time and a few just plainly are not interested!
Only way to find out is to come along a give it a go.
